Bright Horizons: Search Marketing Coordinator

Bright Horizons, a childcare and early education provider, “manages child care centers for many of the world’s leading corporations, hospitals, universities, and government agencies,” including more than 90 of the Fortune 500. They were also listed as one of Fortune‘s “100 Best Companies to Work for in America.” They’re looking for a search marketing coordinator to execute paid and natural search marketing tasks for their B2C audience at their Watertown headquarters. This person will work towards larger goals and marketing strategies while focusing on search marketing.

Covidien: Communications Internship

Global healthcare products company Covidien has a revenue in excess of $10.4 billion and more than 42,00 employees worldwide. They make products in three categories — medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies — and are seeking a student for a winter/spring communications internship. The candidate will work 15-20 hours per week, assisting the public relations teams with various tasks, writing articles, and writing and updating content on the employee intranet.

Brand Networks: Media Planner

Brand Networks, a leading social marketing and technology company that develops innovative solutions for top-name brands, is searching for a media planner with 1.5-3 years of experience. This role will require the applicant to apply their media knowledge exclusively to the Facebook Ad Platform. They are looking for someone who is extremely self-motivated and will “attack everything with drive and energy.”

Bunker Hill Community College: Communications Coordinator

Bunker Hill Community College needs a communications coordinator (special programs coordinator). This person will write press releases, news stories, and feature stories, research and produce a faculty and staff newsletter, research and write scripts for events, proofread documents, monitor news media, and perform other related tasks. The job requires a bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a similar field and one year of experience or training in public relations or communications.

Staples: Copywriter

Office supply superstore Staples houses “The Agency” within their headquarters — “150 powerfully creative writers, designers and developers, business-minded account executives, detail-oriented project managers, proofreaders, and more” — the largest internal agency in Massachusetts. They are looking for a copywriter to work directly with print and interactive art directors to create marketing materials across company lines. Candidates should have 2-4 years of related experience.
