Cogo Labs: Engineering Interns and Junior Database Engineer

Cogo Labs, a web incubator in Kendall Square, specializes in computational advertising and building new consumer web businesses. They call themselves “data-heads,” so if the nerd in you is looking for a job, they’re a great place to work. They look for people who are passionate, driven, influential, and talented, and right now, they’re hiring several positions in the computer science field, including engineering interns for summer 2012 and a junior database engineer.

Aericon: Social Media Account Manager

Digital marketing and communications firm Aericon is looking for a social media account manager, who will work to ensure goals are being met and lead influencer outreach campaigns. Aericon provides comprehensive web-based strategy and execution services committed to business tactics and solutions.

Sports Authority: Community Marketing Manager

Sporting goods retailer Sports Authority boasts over 450 stores in 45 states and a commitment to their customers’ passions. They are searching for a community marketing manager with three years of experience. The candidate will be serve as a project manager for promotions, community marketing, sponsorships, and events. In addition, the marketing manager will work on contracts, programs, and unique promotional marketing ideas.

PerkStreet Financial: Web Developer

With National Bank Transfer Day coming up this weekend, one of the alternatives to big banks is PerkStreet Financial, an online banking solution. If you want to join this revolution and believe banking is broken, this company may be perfect for you. PerkStreet is currently looking for a web developer with developer skills and 2-3 years experience coding “rich, interactive” websites.

TD Garden: Marketing and Public Relations Intern

Even though the Celtics have yet to play a game, TD Garden is still up and running with Bruins games and other events. They’re looking for a marketing and public relations intern for the Winter/Spring 2012 semester. Tasks include monitoring media hits and advertising placements, overseeing print and radio trade, and general research. Interns must work two full days per week plus have a flexible weeknight schedule.
